Requests for refund will be processed after we receive and inspect your goods. You will be notified of the result of our inspection and your refund/return will be processed accordingly.
We can only exchange items that are in fully saleable condition and with all original packaging.

You are responsible for courier/postage of all goods back to us. If your goods are deemed to be defective we will refund a reasonable portion of the costs to return to us. All other costs incurred with return deliveries are non-refundable.
Clearance Sale goods are not available for return or refund.
